We understand the value of time, and we make sure to value yours. Buying a new house is a milestone for many and we understand how frustrating delays can be in achieving your dreams. We make sure we fulfil our promise by taking full responsibility and charge of each of our projects. All the resources we need to bring you your home in time are in-house. We have robust evaluation and auditing systems in place because we take our word very seriously. And so, we were the only construction company in the industry that offered compensation for each day after possession, that we were late, 15 years before it became the mandate to do so. This speaks of the confidence we have in our promise of delivery.
Timely delivery is our USP
We are committed to deadlines. Because we were originally contractors, we pride ourselves on timely delivery considering the stakes are high for the client if delivery is delayed. We are also sticklers for safety, ensuring that each project is planned, managed and executed in conformance to the best industry standards.
