As a valued customer of Anubandh, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. Follow the steps below to make your request.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to it.developer@rohanbuilders.com from your registered email address.
- Use the subject: Account Deletion Request – Anubandh App.
- Include the following information:
- Full Name (as registered)
- Mobile Number
- Specify the particular Flat Number to be deleted, or confirm if deletion is requested for all your flats.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your profile details and login credentials
- Documents and uploaded images
- Appointment records and saved preferences
Data That May Be Retained
- Invoices or transaction records required by law
- Contractual documents related to your booking (e.g., agreements)
All requests will be reviewed within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation once the data has been removed or retention details shared.
