By providing skill development opportunities, the centre helps in breaking the cycle of poverty and contributes to the economic upliftment of the students and their families.
  • The objective of the skill development centre is to ensure that every student successfully completes the training program and secures employment in the construction industry. The initiative strives to build strong connections with construction companies, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate job placements for trained individuals.
  • The centre aims to promote social inclusion by offering opportunities to individuals who have limited resources and belong to economically weaker sections of society. By providing access to education and skills training, the initiative helps in bridging the socio-economic gap and providing equal opportunities for personal growth and development.
  • Apart from technical skills, the centre focuses on the overall development of the students. The objective is to provide a conducive learning environment that fosters personal growth, communication skills, teamwork, and professionalism. By nurturing well-rounded individuals, the initiative aims to enhance their long-term employability and personal success.
